Jesse Rudolph and Joelle Kutner of the home design and development studio Ome Dezin 404 recently brought this 1970s classic Brentwood home into the 21st Century by transforming its good (but tired), original bones into an exceptionally calm and serene haven. Set on a generous lot high above the Valley, the 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home retains its original architectural integrity and is still a perfect example of mid-century indoor/outdoor living.

What We Love: The vibrant but cohesive materials palette of pale tones and warm wood, but especially the handmade Moroccan zellige tiles from Zia.
