The Perry House, one of Pacific Height’s Modernist masterworks, has come on the market. The Perry House is a perfect example of the adventurous, sculptural spirit that pervades Lundberg’s work. Built on three levels, the top floor is dedicated to the primary suite and owners’ offices; the second floor contains the entry and entertaining spaces, while the lower garden level has two guest bedrooms, the garage and a wine cellar. Joining the three levels like a gleaming ribbon is the stainless steel and stone staircase.
