KAA Design Group, led by its founder and design principal Grant C. Kirkpatrick, FAIA, and partner Duan H.M. Tran, AIA, has long been known for a brand of luxurious and exquisitely crafted dwellings set in exceptional landscapes. Sited on 1.6 acres of mature trees and encompassing spectacular views, this project– appropriately dubbed The Tree House – has come on the market at $35M, and is currently the most expensive residence in the San Diego area.
